Shadow Cabinet Digital Platform

Overview

The shadow cabinet platform makes opposition policy work visible to the public. Each shadow minister has a dedicated space to publish position papers, track government bills, and respond in real time to policy announcements.

What I built

• Information architecture: structured taxonomy for ministries, policy areas, and committee tracks
• Editorial system: lightweight CMS so each shadow minister's team can publish without engineering help
• Public dashboard: real-time feed of policy responses + bill trackers

Why it matters

Opposition work in Thailand has long been invisible to the public. By giving it a clean digital surface, we shift the political conversation from broadcast (TV interviews) to a continuous, searchable record.
